Twenty years ago, Marylee Nunley initiated the first camp for local stroke survivors and their caregivers, aiming to provide a positive weekend for those facing the challenges of stroke. Together with her husband John, family, and friends, she organized a weekend camp at Living Springs Camp near Lewistown, IL. This singular event sparked a movement, leading to over 300 camps across 28 states and involving thousands of participants.
November 15, 2024, the United Stroke Alliance will commemorate 20 years of Stroke Camps and their profound impact. Join us for this special celebration with guest speakers Randy and Mary Travis at Five Points Washington..................... it's an event not to be missed!
Thank you for your interest in joining us for this special evening. This business casual event promises heavy appetizers beer & wine bar, and plenty of fun and laughter. The cost is $100 per person, or you can reserve a table for 8 at $800.
